Beaches described in the application are: Gunnison Beach / Sandy Hook, Stone Harbor, Point Pleasant, Bay Head, Seaside Heights, Sea Girt, Strathmere, Ocean Beach, Inlet Beach at Manasquan, Whale Beach, Long Beach Island, Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, Spring Lake, Mantoloking, Ocean Grove, Belmar and Island Beach.
