Light 'Em Up Football is a simple, easy to understand football management game that gives you complete control over a franchise in a 5v5 football league. As the head of the franchise you get to:

- Draft players before every season
- Sign Free Agent players
- Cut players and manage your roster to stay below the salary cap
- Draw plays: create you own run plays, pass plays, and defensive plays by designing formations, drawing routes, and assigning roles to your players
- Control your team during games: call plays, select who to throw to on pass plays, juke out defenders when you have the ball, and control defenders on defensive plays
- Lead your team to the playoffs and win the Light 'Em Up Football Championship
- Track team and player stats for each season and entire careers
