Example of use
Creating a routine to do an exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds:
Add the exercise alert: In Interval, choose the seconds (20);
Add the alert message: In Message, type a message, for example: "HELLO!";
Touch Add;
Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3, to add 10 seconds of rest, with the message "REST!".
Ready! Press Play and train.
It is important to add the alerts in the desired sequence. You can set a maximum time to run the routine or switch to a countdown timer.
