About: Fretmark
Fretmark is a quiet, precise workbench for straight-fret instrument layouts. Enter a scale length and fret count, then see each fret’s position measured from the nut and the interval from the previous fret. Switch between millimeters and inches without changing the saved plan.
The proportional on-screen ruler helps you read the sequence. The numeric position register is the measurement source. Save distinct instrument plans, add a workshop note, edit or delete them, and export a named multi-page PDF build sheet with the complete position list. Everything is calculated and stored on your device.
Fretmark uses 12-tone equal temperament for straight frets. Check each mark on your actual instrument. Bridge compensation and intonation setup are separate; the PDF is a dimensioned reference, not a full-scale print template.
