iBabs provides users with a conveniently arranged, automated organizer which fits perfectly with the agenda of the user’s current mail system. Meetings taking place at the same venue and time, only need to be entered once; and the data can be reused again. Documents can be linked at any time to the required agenda and are automatically converted to PDF format. Subsequently, access to these documents can be restricted to authorized users only.

When a user open the iBabs app, he will immediately see the upcoming meetings’ agendas and any related documents. This means that everyone involved in the meeting will always have the correct versions on hand. Action points can, moreover, be allocated to specific persons in advance or during the meeting. Decisions can also be recorded. In fact, work is finished when the meeting ends. The agreements and decisions made can be retrieved from the recordings.
