This is a required patch for DMS 2.0 and must be installed as soon as possible.

This patch has two fixes included.

1. There was an issue with star ratings on Message Responses in edetailing where the star ratings provided were in backwards order with the order found in CRMOD. This was a regression and order has been reinstated. No impact to the Message Plan or Message Plan Item usage reports but take caution on making major decisions based on the star ratings between the time the sales team installed DMS 2.0 and this fix pack.

2. A fix has been applied to close down an edge case gap in transaction number generation. If a device needed to be recovered at any point in time in the past, there was a low probability that the same sequential number would be generated for the same object upon synchronization. We have closed this gap by changing our unique ID generation from sequential to timestamp based.
