P.S. With just two months of focused training (in early 2021), I taught a new blue belt how to pass the guard as well as prevent and escape the triangle choke and spinning arm lock (just like I taught on this app). To make a long story short, he is now passing the guards of purple, brown and black belts. And, he hasn’t yet tapped to an arm lock or choke.
