Whether you're in the gym, at home, or miles away from both, the HIIT Quarters workout (anytime, anywhere) app gives you the opportunity to make every workout your best.



Created, and led, by HQ founders, Doug and Taylor, each and every workout is designed to, of course, help you achieve your health and wellness goals, but also to provide a fun and enjoyable exercise experience.


As the old adage goes, the only “bad” workout is the one that didn’t happen. And, now, with the HQ app, you’ll never miss a workout again as we’ve programmed all of our workouts to take into account, and accommodate for, virtually any and all spatial, equipment, and time constraints.


That’s right! Every time you open the HQ app, you can choose from a full menu of workouts—conveniently categorized by duration, equipment needed, and targeted muscle group(s)—to best help you streamline, and optimize, your fitness.


Here’s what you can expect from the HQ app:

1. Full, HQ trainer led, and developed, workouts.


2. Each workout will feature one of, or both, Doug and Taylor to provide pointers, tips, and motivation every step of the way. As your trainers, we’ll be both participating in, the workout with you to help encourage you to do your best and to ensure you get the most out of each and every workout.


3. Convenience. Now, no matter where you are, what equipment, or lack thereof, you have access to, or how little time you have left in the day, your workout is already curated, planned, and ready to go no matter the circumstance.


4. Live Workouts. Throughout every week/month/year, we will host LIVE workouts via the HQ app to help encourage engagement, community, and, above all else, a darn good, shared, exercise experience.


5. Variety. No two workouts are ever the same. We believe this helps boost both physical and mental engagement and also helps us avoid plateaus along our fitness journey.


6. Fun. Remember, exercise should be an enjoyable experience. Our goal is to provide you with killer workouts, sure—but also to leave you saying, “Man, I can’t wait for the next one!”


7. Results. Our goal is to help improve both your overall fitness and body composition and the best metrics to gauge progress are always the following: 1) how do you feel? and 2) How do your clothes fit? The only question left remaining is: are you ready to feel great and love how your clothes fit everyday?

8. Integration with Apple Health: Sync your daily stats to the app such as steps, calories and more.

A little bit about Doug and Taylor:

-Based in Rochester, MI, Doug and Taylor have owned and operated HIIT Quarters since 2018.

-Doug and Taylor are both NASM certified personal trainers.

-Taylor is the creator of the highly-regarded Tay’s Boot(y) Camp, a four-week boot camp-style program that focuses on building strong, sound, and sustained foundational strength.

-Doug is the creator of the 45-Day Life Sentence Program, a 45-day eating and exercise protocol to help recondition the gut, improve digestion, and optimize body composition.

-Taylor is a former professional NBA dancer.

-Doug is a former NCAA Division 1 Men’s Soccer player (Duke/Loyola Chicago).
