Our yoga studio provides you a peaceful place to practice right off the boardwalk overseeing the marina. Yoga classes are offered for all levels. We offer a wide variety of classes which include Beginners Yoga, Restorative yoga, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga, Express Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and more. Morning and evening classes are offered daily, including weekends. Our mission is to better our community. Whether it's your 1st or 100th class, our goal is to remind you that you belong.
