Oysho Training: The new sports app with fitness, yoga and running workouts

Sessions, programs, challenges and how-tos for fitness, yoga and running given by international trainers and by Mia, Oysho Training’s virtual trainer.

With more than 300 sessions for different levels the app lets users design a workout plan adapted to their needs.
The app uses a recommendation engine that takes already completed workouts into consideration to offer new sessions, programs or challenges, accompanied by first-level trainers and MIA, a 3D avatar that helps improve the user’s athletic technique through augmented reality.
