Objective: You will simply keep inputting your various beliefs, people, places and events that influence your life one way or the other.. assign them a polarity of positive (happy or good ones) or negative (sad or bad ones), and you will be able to see which patterns you are subject to.

Once you inspect the patterns, you can see which elements cause that emotional state for you. And you can work on it.
