Transportation Mobile User can be utilised by carrier, driver and employee transportation personas. Carriers can review and respond to load tender requests. In addition, the solution allows real time stop based updates to be generated, including ETAs and stop confirmations, providing enhanced visibility to the operational progression of loads and trips. Drivers can review and respond to haulage offers and subsequently process pick-up and delivery operations at each stop including ability to view and manage dock commitments and record hours of service. Drivers and carriers can attach proof of delivery documents by taking digital signature with actual received quantities or clicking and attaching images of damaged goods/equipments to facilitate faster dispute resolution.
