YUBI is a next generation parental control application developed for today's kids & their parents’ technology challenges. Unlike other classical parental control apps that provide mainly adult filtering; YUBI allows you to shape the YouTube experience of your child fully; including managing the channels subscribed, videos watched and the keywords searched for. Additionally you can control the screen time by setting daily time limits and mandatory breaks. With advanced content based filters & control options added on top, you’ll stay completely in charge of your child’s video & web adventure.

YUBI does not display a warning message when the child attempts to access the restricted app or web site. Instead; it stops the clicked app or web site from loading content on the Internet so it all appears like there is an internal connectivity issue. This allows the kids not to feel any restriction while their parents stay completely in control of the web experience of their children.

YUBI is totally child-friendly as it’s designed in a smart way with the same look & feel of a video application. The children don’t consider it as a parental control app, so they do not attempt to uninstall or block it.

After installing YUBI, the other video watching apps/sites do not function as usual due to connectivity issues and therefore YUBI becomes their favourite. YUBI comes with carefully selected default & recommended YouTube watch lists specific for your country and child age. Our safe YouTube Video & Channel lists are also reviewed and tested by real mums! Using these as baseline you can add more depending on family preferences and child interests. You can also set your allowed search keywords and others not specified will be in the block list. So, the video experience of your child will be shaped by you in a safe way.

While designing YUBI, we focused on minimising the side affects of technology & digital media. Unlike other video watching platforms; Yubi does not bombard your child with lots of “related videos” which cause the children to jump from one to another which eventually lead to concentration & focus problems in later education years. With YUBI, your child will watch the pre-selected videos only by clicking on as they don’t automatically start or be recommended.

YUBI also offers instant video stop feature which enables you to stop the streaming video on your child’s device remotely. As soon as you click on “Stop” button; whether it’s a cartoons video or anything else, it will stop immediately. This allows you to lock the video activity until you enable it back.

Thanks to easy-to-use on/off based filter management; it makes the web tracking easy. You can activate safe search feature on all search engines. This means that whatever your child searches on the Internet, the listed search results will block any link related to adult, violence or hate speech related content. You can block ads completely on the web & 3rd party apps as well as enable/disable access to adult, gambling, dating, social media and online games web sites & apps. You can also control the access to app stores easily.
