Our Spring Parade of Homes showcasing newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area will be held Saturday & Sunday, April 23-24 & April30-May 1. There will be a mixture of traditional open house as well as some homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction.

Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm...admission is free. We ask that attendees follow any CDC / regulatory guidelines in place at the time of the event.
