Izu Village has been a pioneer in exporting Japanese buffet-style hot pot cuisine, first taking it to the Chinese capital, Beijing. It pioneered in pairing hot pot with sashimi patters, unlimited sushi, and Japanese desserts. Every Izu Yasaimura restaurant is designed in a spare, but exquisite Japanese style, and the hot pot dining on offer is the result of meticulous refinement over many years that has produced a rich variety of flavours.
