• Manually enter the amount of calories, fats, carbs & protein you wish to add.
• The values will add up and keep track of them even if app is closed.
• Click the 'Log' button to log your macros that you've entered. Each log will be date stamped.
• Ability to remove macros if mistake has been made when adding.
• To remove an entry in the log simply swipe left to the one you wish to remove and click 'delete'.
• All log entries are saved into the app even if it is force quitted.
• 4 Custom Themes to choose from. (Green, Red, Blue, Grey).
