About: Heal For Health By Amanda

Lose weight and keep it off with a unique holistic approach via The Heal For Health App. This app was created with care and passion by Amanda Barker, a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and 1st place body builder. After an epilepsy diagnosis and full left side paralysis in 2018, she was determined to lose 70lbs and succeeded by taking 1st place in her first bodybuilding show only 7 months after being able to walk again. With over 4 years of coaching hundreds of women to lose over 60+lbs, Amanda has found the secret “sauce” to long term weight loss; holistic living. This app creates a user-friendly experience to implement Amanda’s customized coaching so you can finally feel free and fit.
