PointMe Remote Assistance

About: PointMe Remote Assistance

PointMe is an innovative, video enhanced, remote assistance service. It allows trusted experts (a family member, friend or a professional expert), to simply and intuitively educate users on "how to" use any online service or app via their PC or mobile phone. PointMe is the perfect co-browsing companion - need someone to show you how to use Microsoft Office, shop on Ebay, build a WIX website or set a SalesForce CRM page? PointMe is the perfect tool for you - quick and intuitive "show me how" assistance in a click.

PointMe is leveraging advanced video and screen sharing technologies to provide seamless, web-based, “show me how” experience, with a rare blend of simplicity, performance and reliability. The service is unique in various aspects: (a) asymmetrical experience, allowing the expert to drive the session with simple and intuitive user experience, (b) web start (no client is needed to start a session), (c) integrated video experience, (d) integrated phone view, allowing simple “show me how” support over Android and iOS devices and apps.

The PointMe app supports advanced "show me how" scenarios, by enabling a trusted expert to point while screen sharing and showing the counter-party how to use third party websites and apps.

PointMe is owned and operated by Screenovate Technologies Ltd (“Screenovate”).
