HUDA

About: HUDA

HUDA is an app-based mood tracking programme for people who wants to identify, track and record their daily mood.

We want to explore if and to what extent HUDA is used by Arabic-speaking individuals.

Looking at the bigger picture, this research will not only touch Arabic-speaking persons. It has the potential to help people across the globe being more aware of their well-being .

HUDA is offered as a scientific study that examines the use of a mood tracking app and examines the general mood in Arabic-speaking countries

We are a NGO, named Center ÜBERLEBEN, in Germany which offers a broad range of rehabilitation programs for social integration of refugees and newcomers in Germany. We also are specialised in internet-based and app-based programs to improve mental health.
