Settled Status App

If you are an EU resident staying in the UK, you and your family will need to register for "settled status" by July 1, 2021 if you want to stay.

When you apply, if you don't have 5 years of continuous residency, you'll almost always be given Pre-Settled status. From the time you get Pre-Settled status, you can remain in the UK for another 5 years.

Pre-Settled Status: When you´ve lived in the UK for less than 5 years.
Settled Status: When you´ve lived in the UK for over 5 years.
