About: Customer Feedback

We all know that customer's feedback is crucial for a business. Generally we take customers feedback on paper. Then ask some operator to feed in computer (which is generally not done on time). Then we need to analyse the data for marketing and refining business strategy. This app helps in simplifying this process. It also help you to promote your business on Customers Facebook A/c if they allow.
You just need to prepare a short questionnaire for your clients to fill out as per your need. Questions can be in Yes/No, 1 to 5 ranking, 1 to 10 ranking or Text as per your need.
Receive feedback from your clients and give them the opportunity to promote you by posting their review to their Facebook account.
