GTT Driver

About: GTT Driver

Drivers can get a new job, accept it, get directions, inform the dispatcher if the passengers have boarded the vehicle, indicate that the ride is complete, and add extra charges – all with an app. The app also helps to auto-calculate payroll based on the hours logged in every day and on the rides completed.

Sign-up as well as usage is free. Apart from being a complete two way communication tool with dispatch, this app is a powerful customer service tool that differentiates you from the competition. Customers(crew members) can see their vehicle on their app, get an accurate ETA, and communicate with or call the driver if needed. The driver name, picture, cell phone number, and the vehicle number are all visible on the customer app.

Drivers can get rated for excellent service, and this helps the company reward and retain good drivers.
