Lagree Pulse45

About: Lagree Pulse45

AT LAGREE PULSE 45 WE USE THE MEGAFORMER! IT'S LIKE NO EXPERIENCE YOU'VE EVER HAD BEFORE!

We offer the Lagree method on the M2. This machine was designed to provide constant tension and resistance, to allow the body to move from one exercise to the next with little to no transition time which keeps the heart rate elevated and will maintain efficiency in your workout! Here we stand up on our machines which makes our workout a far cry from pilates, PERIOD!

Here you will workout Smarter!! By continuously targeting slow-twitch muscle fibers and helping them reach peak muscle failure, we optimize the efficiency in your workout. The M2 can help turn your body into a lean, mean, muscle fat burning machine! Beacuse our method is NOT meant to be conquered, this keeps your body from plateauing! This method continuously changes and challenges you mentally and physically each and every class!

"YOU DON'T NEED MORE TIME... YOU JUST NEED MORE INTENSITY"

- SEBASTIEN LAGREE, FOUNDER OF THE M2 AND THE LAGREE METHOD
