Sweet Potato

About: Sweet Potato

Blending the ingredients with your hands creates a soft, homogenous texture, and cooking it in a cast-iron pan crisps up the outside. Use gluten-free oats and serve the patties in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun to make this dish gluten-free.
