Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is one of the main characters from the Scooby-Doo series. In recent times (and in the mod's continuity), he has demigod like powers, including the power of Ultra Instinct from the Dragon Ball series

In this mod, Shaggy bumps into Boyfriend and Girlfriend while looking for Scooby. He kindly asks the two if they have seen Scooby, but Boyfriend wants to sing with him. Although a bit hesitantly, Shaggy accepts the sing-off.
