Udex Mobile HR Platform

About: Udex Mobile HR Platform

Udex is a leading mobile human capital management platform. Our HR software helps companies evaluate and develop talent with frequent coaching feedback and recurring performance reviews.

Develop people continuously with Recurring Reviews, provide frequent feedback through 360 Feedback, evaluate candidates effectively with Better Interviews, and verify experience with Quick References.

Recurring Performance Reviews

- Annual reviews alone don’t keep people engaged. The highest performing organizations – and the most effective managers – develop people throughout the year. Udex’ recurring reviews allows you to complete ongoing and effective performance reviews in minutes - not hours.

360 Feedback
- “Well done”. “Needs work.” Document employee accomplishments real-time in seconds through the Udex mobile app to provide frequent feedback. Increase employee engagement by celebrating success, learning from failure, and continue growing.

Better Interviews
- You’ve spent time and money recruiting candidates. Don’t make the wrong hire due to an ineffective interview process. In just minutes, rate, share, and compare evaluations on the Udex platform. The most effective interviews capture specific examples of behaviors – so dig deep and ask for details.

Quick References
- The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Save days or even weeks gathering reference information. The Udex platform automatically sends a personal email and link to References to complete a candidate performance survey. Compare what you think to what actually happened.
