This is a Zimbabwe version of the Half Numbers application which shortens all 0719 Netone
numbers by using a combination of codes, digits, letters and symbols. The mobile phone
numbers therefore become easy to read on billboards and TV adverts and they will also
be easy to hear and remember during radio adverts (commercials).

When dialing an advertised code such as HNZ you open the half number app and press H and observe the
green feedback and the insertion of 89 in the lightblue rectangle next to 0719. Repeat the
same with N and Z and the full number will be inserted 897857 and press dial.

Emergency services are also available and can be dialled straight from the app.
By pressing (Other) you get access to other important numbers for various service
providers eg banks ,locksmiths, internet service providers etc
