The unique OneTouch Reveal app - an electronic self-control diary - helps you keep track of your diabetes health:
- blood glucose level
- insulin: type, time, amount
- physical activity: duration, intensity
- carbohydrates (bread units)

The app syncs with the OneTouch Select Plus Flex® and OneTouch Verio Reflect® meters and automatically * collects and stores blood test results.

GLUCOSE LEVEL
Keeping track of your blood glucose levels is now easier. Just make an analysis with a glucometer, and the data itself will be pulled into the application.

CARBOHYDRATES
We made sure that you can keep track of your diet. Indicate the number of units of bread consumed during the main meals and snacks, and the application will build a visual graph and generate a report.

DAILY ACTIVITY
Add physical activity information to your glucose, carbohydrate, or insulin readings. You can specify the start time of the physical activity, its intensity and duration.

INSULIN LEVEL
We know how important these indicators are for people with diabetes, so we added the ability to control the insulin delivered. Add insulin amount, type and time to the app. The data is saved and available in general reports.

TRENDS AND AVERAGES
The app automatically detects recurring low and high blood glucose levels and alerts you.
Calculates and visualizes your 14, 30 and 90 day glucose averages so you can assess your progress and keep track of your progress.
Compared to a paper diary, the process is significantly easier - data is automatically collected from the OneTouch Select Plus Flex® or OneTouch Verio Reflect® meter and analyzed in the app.

VISUAL REPORTS
We have made reporting on your diabetes self-control as clear as possible:
● data can be seen for a day, 2 weeks, a month, three months or a year (depending on the section of the application)
● send by mail a complete report on glucose (based on the results of a blood glucose meter), insulin and carbohydrates
● send by mail or sms the latest result of a blood test performed with a glucometer
● set a reminder
● delete data if required

INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
Customize your preferred blood glucose target range, schedule meals, and set up reminders. Comment on blood test results, such as glycated hemoglobin.
