Keeping up the pace with PM’s “Digital India” initiative, HRMS mobile app is launched for active employees of PNB so as to enable them to use it anywhere anytime.

Through HRMS Mobile APP, Employee can see their leave balance and also apply for leave. IT Register and Salary Slip feature is also available. Basic Information can be seen and Employee can be searched through Locate an Employee menu.PF status and Holiday Home availability can also be seen.

This is a significant milestone in digitization of current HR practices and processes in the Bank and hope it will change and enhance the way employees interact with HRMS. This also seeks to improve the availability and user friendliness of the System.
