Fit by Espersen, personal trainer and online coach. In a coaching course with Fitbyespersen, you get access to the app here. In the app, you get your own personal diet plan with lots of options for your daily planning. You will also find your training plan in the app, which in connection with the diet i.a. is with you until you reach your goals for your body.

If you stick to the diet and exercise, you will experience a body transformation. In the app, you can keep track of your own progress, which will be the basis for fine-tuning and changes to your meal plan. Any meal suggested to you will be based on your needs - everything from preferred cooking time, budget to shopping ingredients, allergies, food you like, number of meals you have time to eat each day and more. Together, this applies to your training plan, through which your experience is taken into account, possibly damages etc.

The most important functions you get in the app:
- Customized interactive training and diet plans created by your coach. Complete your training step by step and log your results, and create your own intake list directly from your diet plan.
- Easy logging of measurements and a wide range of fitness activities. Log your activities directly in the app, or import activities you've logged on other devices through Google Fit.
- See your personal goals, your progress and your activities at any time.
- Chat, where you can continuously send messages with questions or other things. Not least, I will regularly send videos and messages regarding your course and ensures that you are motivated to reach the finish line.
- Some coaching courses include access to a group - a community with other clients where everyone can share tips, ask questions and support each other. Participation is voluntary, and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other members in the group if you choose to accept the invitation from your coach to join a group.
