Customer service has never been so quick and easy. With our service app, you can contact us anytime, anywhere using your smartphone, exchange documents and receive information.

We offer the HEK service app in the basic and smart versions. With the smarthealth add-on, you have additional access to your personal health data in the smart version. Each version is free and meets the highest security standards.

“basic” version:
With "basic" you can use our range of services digitally. This version offers you the following functions quickly and free of charge:
• Scan QR code and answer online forms
• Request certificates
• Use the hotline, callback service, guide, text and video chat
• Scan and send documents
• Performance and service overview
• Emergency contacts at a glance

“smart” version:
With "smart" you can use additional services digitally and gain access to your personal data. Simply identify yourself via the app of our partner Nect to be able to use the following functions securely:
• All functions of basic included
• Secure communication: digital mailbox, use of the messenger
• Access to insurance periods and salary data
• Edit contact and bank details
• Unlock the “smarthealth” add-on

"smart health" add-on:
With the add-on "smarthealth" you can manage your health intelligently and mobile in the smart version. You always have access to your personal health data and medical information via your electronic patient record (EHR).

We currently offer you the following options:
• View of doctor and dentist treatments with diagnoses and costs per quarter
• Display of prescribed medication and digital medication plan
• Digital vaccination overview and recommendation
• Overview of medical check-ups including reminder service
All data can be sent to you directly from us on request. You can add your own information at any time.
