The Audit App, linked to the desktop module of the Audit Management Software, also provided by Sinergest, allows the consultation of the audit plan, the compilation of checklists, the upload of photos and images taken directly with the tablet, attached to the evidences collected .
The Audit App provides the main data of the audits carried out and ensures the automatic compilation of the findings in the audit report, eliminating tedious paper supports. The application allows the use also offline, subsequently synchronizing the data with the desktop module.

- Consultation of Audit data: You can consult directly from your iPad or Android tablet the scheduling of company audits prepared for each management system, select your Audit and start the compilation process. By clicking on the single Audit, it is possible to immediately view the information and statistics on the related data, placing particular interest on the progress of the audit report (numbers of questions to be executed, number of questions with positive / negative / not applicable results) .

- Recovery of checklist and compilation of queries: The Audit App allows the recovery of the check-lists necessary for the execution of the Audit, previously prepared. The system includes guided steps for completing the questions. If any questions have problems, it is reported and you can see a preview of the findings found.

- Collection of evidence and findings: During the compilation phase it is possible to collect in real time, also through voice recording, the evidence and findings found during the execution of an Audit.

- Ability to attach images and videos: Collection of evidence in text format, images (documents, situations) or video. The photos can be edited, with the possibility of inserting indications or highlighting the details.

- Offline mode: The Audit app has been designed to be used also in offline mode, keeping the same functionalities present in the online mode (with the exception of voice recognition, which needs an internet connection). When using offline mode, changes are saved to the device to track the various feeds. As soon as the connection is available again, it is possible to synchronize the data with the software version by simply pressing the appropriate synchronization button on the main page. In addition to this, at the time of logout is given the ability to synchronize the changes made during the session just ended.

- Multi-company mode: In multi-company mode, the App provides the possibility to select the company for which an audit is being performed, through a simple configuration system (it is necessary to log in again after setting up a new company).

- Collection of operator signatures: Possibility of collecting signatures of the audited operators with signature directly on the tablet.
