A. A professional typist saves the uploaded receipt and provides a form of invoice, and you must process it by yourself by [More-Invoice-Download]. If you want to process the bill, you can use it for a fee through the Flower Book Plus function.

Q. Do you upload a receipt for the purchase of potted plants or subsidiary materials?
A. We manage the cost of purchasing flower pots and subsidiary materials at a glance.

Q. Can I upload a receipt for which the transaction amount is less than 30,000 won?
A. Yes it is possible. Receipts for purchasing flowers, flower pots, and subsidiary materials can be uploaded regardless of the amount, and all transaction details are organized and provided by company.

Q. What kind of service is Flower Book Plus?
A. It is a service that takes care of the entire process from organizing receipts to requesting invoices. If you bring your receipt and a copy of your business registration card (email address) to a designated store in the wholesale market, the flower book will take care of all the necessary steps for processing your bill.

Q. Can I use Flower Book Plus even if the transaction amount is small?
A. Yes it is possible. Invoices with a small transaction amount will be carried forward through consultation with the wholesaler. However, in the case of a receipt that is less than 30,000 won, if it is not processed even if you seek the utmost cooperation from the wholesaler, you must return the receipt to the teacher and handle it as an expense when filing a comprehensive income tax in May.

Q. How do I process my bill?
A. The deadline for requesting and issuing bills is from 1 to 10 every month, please refer to the procedure below.
step1. Receipts for purchasing flowers and plants from the 1st to the last day of the previous month are sorted by wholesaler.
step2. Calculate the total amount of receipts for classified wholesalers.
step3. Fill out the receipt, business information, e-mail, and invoice form containing the total amount and send it to each wholesaler. (Invoice form can be provided in completed form through App)
step4. Requested invoices are issued electronically or in paper form. The electronic invoice is received by e-mail, and the paper invoice is stamped with a wholesaler in the ‘supplied to’ section of the invoice form.
step5. The electronic invoice has been immediately reported to the National Tax Service, and the paper invoice can be used when reporting comprehensive income tax.
