Fried rice is an absolute favorite rice dish among many people. It’s easy to see why – it’s simple to make, can be made with a variety of ingredients, and is just downright delicious.
This fried rice recipe is my personal favorite way to make the dish. I like to use a mix of vegetables, including carrots, peas, and corn. I also add in some green onions for a bit of flavor. Feel free to add in whatever vegetables you like – broccoli, mushrooms, and peppers to customize the way you like.
