The Heat Exchanger Calculation is based on Effectiveness – NTU method. The inlet temperatures are known and outlet temperatures are to be determined. The Number of Transfer Units (NTU) Method is used to calculate the rate of heat transfer in heat exchangers (especially counter current exchangers).
