After the payment is made, you can view the resulting receipt and send it to the desired address by e-mail. With the Quick Payment option, debt payment can be made by entering your tax number or TR ID number without registering as a member. If taxpayers wish, they can list their past payments by logging in with their Registry, TR ID or Tax Number.
In the Notification Module; It has the functions of viewing notifications made for Building, Land, Land, Advertisement and Environment.
In the Membership and Registration Module; Citizens or institutions can register and manage their memberships. For this purpose, taxpayers can create a new membership, edit it, query it and manage their passwords.
In the Information Acquisition Module; Individuals or institutions can obtain information, make requests and report complaints.
In the Markets and Tariffs Module; Inquiries can be made regarding market and unit values, depreciation allowances, costs and tariffs for land, buildings, environmental cleaning and advertisements.
In the Zoning and Building Usage Module; Zoning plan amendments suspended by the Municipality between specified dates can be viewed. Plan name, island, parcel, YBMK, BBMK, author, and plan change report are published in detail with explanations. Construction licenses and building use permits can be inquired. Inquiries can be made by entering the document/license number and approval date information. Field information, Registration Number, Name and Surname, Application Number, Status and details in the documents can be viewed.
