Assalamualaikum. My sister is married is a law that is circumcised but the circumcision is very must be carried out for those who are able in everything, so that if someone when viewed from all angles is capable enough to get married but he does not want to carry out marriage or even look forward and not certain then a big sin for that person.

Therefore if we are capable enough in everything to undergo marriage, the candidate is already there and is ready so hurry up to get married as in the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah's Messenger for Marriage, Rasulullah SAW said which means: "Marriage is my sunnah, whoever does not follow Our sunna (married), not mine "
