This exercise for Mindful Meditation helps you increase focus and be present in the moment.
- Find a quiet place, sit and relax.
- Select the duration of your Meditation Session (for beginners we recommend to start with 1 minute duration).
- Start the Meditation Session
- You will hear Droplet sound at different intervals throughout the meditation session. Count the droplets
- At the end of your Meditation Session the app will show the total count of droplets.
- Regular practice will increase your focus and mindfulness.
- Once you feel comfortable at your selected duration, increase the duration of your meditation session.
