During the last hour of the show, Chokolata and Dr. Elvia Contreras answer all the listeners' questions regarding health and love. The most exciting segments are when El Chokolatazo happens, and it is when Choko intervenes in a relationship where infidelity is likely to exist. The listeners ask Choko for help to find out if her partner is faithful by asking if they would send a free gift to their loved one ... will it be the wife or the other woman? The other man or the husband? The Chokolatazo finds out!
