- Create a personalized workout plan before you hit the gym to meet your target goals for the day. Start up your newly created customized workout when you get to the gym and simply wait for the voice cue telling you to put different speed and incline inputs into the treadmill

- After each workout head on over to the completed workout history tab to view the stats from your workout. Even view a graph showing you the speed and incline progression throughout the duration of the entire workout to really get a sense for what you just accomplished!

- Curious about your monthly progression and getting a higher level look into your workout history? Head over to the stats page to view a monthly breakdown of all the different stats you could imagine. Including helpful graphs to get a visual representation into your increasing fitness level. This view will for sure beat any spreadsheet you have been trying to maintain!

- Want to keep track of the miles and number of workouts on your shoes so that you do not overuse a certain pair? You have the ability to associate a shoe to each workout you complete so that later on you are able to go back and see how many miles and workouts are on a certain shoe.
