About the authors:
Authentic Spanish tapas recipes, created by Marc Fibla, who was two years a ship's cook on the yacht of a Spanish fashion chain store owner after stints at El Bulli and as head of a posh hotel restaurants in Barcelona.
Many of the traditional recipes originated out of the need to preserve food - business days for Marc in the South Sea, Atlantic and Pacific passages of the yacht. He has in "tapas All these experiences! The cookbook "collected.
