BadgeMaster

About: BadgeMaster

1) The PMS (Performance Management System) app is designed for two types of users: high-level and low-level users.
2) High-level users are team leads who can access their team member's list and categorize them with emojis.
3) The emojis are categorized into two sections: Happy emojis, which represent positive behavior, and Sad emojis, which represent poor performance.
4) Low-level users have access to all the reactions their team lead gives to them.
5) This feature enables low-level users to gain insight into their strengths and weaknesses, allowing them to work towards improving their performance.

6) Team leads can use the emojis to track their team's performance and identify areas that require improvement.
7) The PMS app enhances transparency and accountability in the workplace by providing team leads and team members with a platform to communicate and share feedback.
