The company was started many years ago as, Degraffinreid & Associates, Inc., in the city of Van Nuys, California, in 1988, by an Internal Revenue Service Examination Agent.
Years later, the company's name was changed to: Emmanuel's Tax and Bookkeeping Services. The name was changed because the Lord, Jesus Christ, rescued the owner's life and he feels he owes everything to the Lord for extending His grace.
In 2010, the company expanded to Santa Maria, Buellton, and Lompoc with offices to serve the tri-valley communities.
Presently, we render services to 7 States throughout the United States, that includes tax return preparation; bookkeeping, representation; and tax liability reduction agreements with Federal and State Regulatory Agencies.
