Slank is a music group in Indonesia. Formed by Bimbim on December 26, 1983 because they were bored of playing music as a cover band and had a strong desire to create their own songs. And succeeded in becoming one of the historic and memorable and influential musicians of all time in Indonesia. In addition, Slank also holds the title of Indonesia's Highest-Paid Music Star (highest-paid music star) in 2008 and 2009 with an honorarium of IDR 500 million per show.
Slank is now one of the top bands, which originated from Cikini Stones Complex (CSC) on December 26, 1983, which is a music group consisting of children from Cikini College, Jakarta High School.
