GM-Diet plan or General Motors diet is a 7-day weight loss program developed by the General Motors Corporation, with a pious intention of keeping their employees healthy. The GM diet chart was a collaborative effort by GM, which was also tested at the John Hopkins Research Center before it was given final approval.
