Procedural Code of Labor and Social Security

Completely updated and agreed, it regulates the matters known to the Ordinary Jurisdiction in its labor and social security specialties, in particular: legal conflicts that originate directly or indirectly in the employment contract, actions on union jurisdiction, suspension, dissolution , liquidation of unions and the cancellation of the union registration, disputes related to the provision of social security services that arise between affiliates, beneficiaries or users, employers and administering or providing entities, except those of medical liability and those related to contracts, the execution of obligations arising from the employment relationship and the comprehensive social security system that do not correspond to another authority.
