About: LifeEX

Do you want to know everything that is happening in your gym, studio or box, quickly, easily and directly from your cell phone?
The new TIMELINE from LifeEX is incredible! See the posts of teachers, instructors and coaches, comment, like, post messages, photos and images!
And, what else can you do in the app?
- TRAINING: information about the exercises, loads, repetitions, tips for execution and expiration of the training;
- AGENDA: check in, check time, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, enter the waiting list and be notified as soon as you have a place available! There's more: can't you go to training? Cancel the appointment directly through LifeEX.

- PLANS: you no longer need to personally renew plans or buy new services. With LifeEX you do everything from the app! The technology is 100% secure and will help you save time.
- NOTIFICATIONS: LifeEX warns you of your next activities or if someone has sent you a message, so you don't risk missing another class or that important message!
In addition to all of this: consult your physical assessment, track earnings and your financial history.

*NOVELTY*
LifeEX is now more complete! Crossfit or Cross Training? In addition to everything we've talked about so far, you can still:

- see the current WOD and review the previous ones;
- save your results;
- register and monitor PRs (personal records);
- consult the ranking.

Important: LifeEX IS EXCLUSIVE FOR ACADEMIES THAT USE THE EVO SOFTWARE.
Ask at the reception about the gym system and ask for the EVO.
