Dr. Mohammad Moein was born in the clerical family of the first graduate of the Faculty of Literature of Tehran University on the ninth of the spring of 1297 AH. His father, Sheikh Abulqasim, and his father, Sheikh Mohammed Taqi Moin Al-Alma, and his father, Sheikh Mohammed, were both clerics. Mohammed lost his mother at the age of six, and five days later his father went after his mother, and his education fell on his father's neck.
Muhammad's education began in his hometown, and he completed elementary school in two years. The first three years he studied secondary education in Rasht and the second three years in literary studies at Dar al-Fonoon High School in Tehran. Three years later he received his undergraduate degree. He was sent to high school in Ahvaz for a year as a secretary and became the head of the boarding school in Ahvaz. At the same time he correspondently taught practical psychology at the Brussels Psychological School.
Mohammed Moein returned to Tehran in 1318 and became the Deputy of the Faculty of Culture at the Ministry of Culture. It took.
Dr. Mohammed Moein married him that same year and was first an associate professor and then an associate professor in the Department of Literature Research at the Faculty of Literature, University of Tehran.
When Sun began publishing Dehkhoda's dictionary by law in the National Assembly's library in the year 1368, Dr. Moein was sent to cooperate with Ali Akbar Dehkhoda. Nine years later the dictionary was moved from the House of Dehkhoda to the National Assembly, and on the basis of Dehkhoda's decree, Dr. Moin was appointed head of its scientific affairs. In March, the organization moved to the Faculty of Literature at the University of Tehran and was assigned to Dr. Mohammad Moein under the new Statute of the Dictionary Organization.
On the ninth day of autumn 1345, Dr. Mohammad Moein was anesthetized in the office of the Department of Persian Language and Literature of the University of Tehran. He was hospitalized at Aria Hospital. He went from anesthesia to coma. Ten months later he was taken to Canada for treatment. But three months later, Dr. Mohammad Moein's body was brought to Iran at the same time and taken care of at Firoozgar Hospital in Tehran for nearly four years.
