This helps the adolescent to understand his/her self worth and builds his/her confidence to face life boldly. It also enables one to identify ones weaknesses or negative personality traits and consequently improve oneself.
This test can be used for self assessment of Self awareness. It can be effective tool to measure the effectiveness of life skill training on improvement of self awareness. It can be used for educational, training, diagnostic, selection, recruitment and employment and self development purposes.
