This App allows any user to consult Law 5 of 1992 - Regulations of the Colombian Congress - interacting by voice. The MIRC app is a "smart interaction model for consulting congressional regulations", using natural language programming (PLN).
The execution of the MIRC app is very intuitive. After a short greeting (emitted by the device), he invites the mobile device to shake and emits the sound of a short beep to give way to the verbal request for any subject of the Congress regulations. Shortly after, it issues the response to the request in synthesized voice. When the answer has a long content, in the first instance it pronounces the first part of the answer; thus, to continue with the answer, the user must press the button or pronounce "Continue" (it is the way to pause the answer, in order to facilitate understanding of it), and so on until it ends. You can also press the button or say "Finish" (so you don't have to press the "Continue" button) and the content will play until the answer is finished.
This form of natural language processing makes it easier for users with visual disabilities or illiteracy to learn about the legislative and administrative functions of the Colombian Congress.
